Depends on what part of the country you are in. The Catholics in general are extremely socialist and have a power structure much like the Democrats. The elite gets the cream and throws bones to the flock

Don't act like an idiot. The Catholic Church, which I am not a member of(my wife and kids are), has positions that are based on principle. Of course they are anti-abortion, but they are also anti-capital punishment. Your bashing of a respected religious institution, as being comparable to the reprehensible antics of jesse jackson, is despicable and you should own up to being a bigot or retract your statement.knc
