jghutchinson, right, except that the box that Omnia was developing was a box with no customers or potential customers. The box was just like 1-2 others that had previously failed to sell. It was a classic case of engineering trying to drive the process rather than determining actual customer needs.

16 million shares of Cien were issued for the company. How difficult is that to understand?
