I agree with your points except for the last. I don't think that big, per se, is worse when it comes to business. Sometimes bigger spreads costs around more and increases productivity. Of course sometimes it results in laziness and waste. It is then that the little guy plucks the market from the big guy and they change places.

I personally think there should be NO corporate income tax and believe that there won't be in the future. It will happen because other countries will eliminate their tax and we will lose businesses if we don't follow suit - some countries have zero already. Why does a company need to be incorporated in America?
