You're cheering at your own funeral! If you think that ORCL is going to withstand a general meltdown of the market you're deluding yourself. Also, ORCL's fate is more closely tied to MSFT's than you'd like to imagine. If corporate IT spending declines its going to hurt ORCL, too.

Finally, look at the ledger sheet and you'll see that ORCL's cash and short term investment assets(cash and gov't notes, basically) have declined by $4B since May '00. That was all cash spent to buy shares at prices much higher than the stock is today. Buy at $20...
