I say no! He will save it for GW.

Jan 30, President Bush will have been inaugurated needing all the help he can get to cut down on all the noise.

We see.

Who knows how fast he'll cut? If I did I'd be, well, him. I'm better with themes than number crunching. He wants to avoid a recession, but he also wants to avoid encouraging irrational exuberance. (If this sounds a little like Goldilocks and the Three Bears, well...). His history is incrementalism, but he uses those larger increments to make a statement when he needs to. He doesn't like extremes or knee-jerk reactions. I'd guess this time around he's going to save the big guns for when he needs them. 25bpt with a bias toward cuts.
