Hehe he isn't short Oracle, he is a bleeding heart short Bush...

I wouldn't be surprised that Gates had the announcement planned just to eclipse Oracle again. In 97 and 98 Oracle beat the street every time, while everyone esle was in the dump. Yet...no benefit to Oracle. Just like this last week. Combine it with the houses that are crushing the calls they sold and you have nothing.

CNBC's Steve Frank played Upin's earlier statement and knocked him down with Henley's statement regarding moving DB money to Appl. That was fair!

Also Larry explained Sue why Upin's claim is BS.
