Theoratically, doesn't work in FL. Theoratically, felons, illegals and the deceased are not allowed to vote in Fl.....theoratically. However, they did!

That's why I used the word theoretically. In reality, the naturalization process is a complete joke. The citizenship and English exams are almost non-existent. And this is not just Florida. I am a naturalized US citizen, and I went through this in New York, and the whole procedure is a sham.

I don't know why INS is so lax in this area. It's not like they would be throwing people out of the country if they can't pass a real citizenship / English exam - the applicants are already permanent residents. The applicants can come again for another exam later if they fail.
