Databits; How do you or any of us, for that matter, know that the buy-back is actually being implemented? We don't really and can only assume as much. Most buy-backs are never implemented and those that are, are rarely implemented to the full extent authorized. I must say though, that today's ability to resist downward pressure could lead one to believe that artificial demand was created today by the buy-back program. But then again it is only speculation.
