Stock Exchange

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--DECEMBER 21, 2000 - 09:44 EST
Mindready Solutions Inc., a leading supplier of
test engineering and real-time communications solutions for the
telecommunications, aerospace and multimedia industries, announced
today that the Company's subordinate voting shares will begin
trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE) today, Thursday, 21
December, 2000. Mindready will trade under the symbol "MNY".
