It could be tax loss selling, but to me, selling at this level is kinda like committing financial suicide. Given what is known about the company, better days are ahead, so why not wait. Perhaps a better question is when will this market allow better days to happen.

Greenspan better wake up. Perhaps Andrea Mitchell has him distracted.

I have many tax loss candidates as opposed to just a few total disasters. This one is a total disaster. However many people still may sell the worst and don't put as much in micro caps because of the risk reward danger!
