Three of the four Utah CDMA providers already have data(Verizon, Sprint, Qwest - Cricket launching this month with voice only), and are very likely to have HDR in place by February 2002.

I think it is a little unlike that these providers will have HDR up and running during that time frame....unless they use Utah as a demonstration area. I think the second-half of '02 is more likely. PCS has detailed their roll-out plans and are still going to be rolling out 1xrtt nationwide during the 1st half of '02.
