Coming within 70 points is close enough, IMO. It looks like they will engineer some sort of reversal between now and the close. They can't make the janata sleepless over the weekend!

Probably doesn't mean much but may be a sign of the severity of the economic slowdown:

I just made a reservation at a Whistler, BC hotel for a ski trip this weekend (Sun and Mon) at a good hotel. I've stayed there before and paid $199 CDN/night. The rate I got was $99 (Thats like $65 U.S.)! !! The guy said they are surprised by how many rooms they have left.

Hmmm....
