Yes, he's finally been right for once.

If one had listened to him 6 years ago, they'd have missed out on the biggest bull run anyone has seen, he's just been dreaming of his big day finally coming around. Him, Fleckstein, all the rest, they've already just about wet their pants with joy this fall.

The problem with the Earlies of this world is that they live in this dreary universe of return to the mean, nothing has changed since biblical times, nobody needs a 1 gHz processor since word processing was fine on a 120 mhz machine, there's a fiber glut, web content will never evolve beyond hypertext, hoarding gold is a productive way to use money and speculating on misfortune such as fuel shortages is always the most rewarding fashion possible to invest.

But it's important right now to reduce risk, so what if one misses the final market bottom? I'd even be suspicious if things suddenly turned on a dime and improved, it could risk being short-lived.
