I am also not happy however I plan to give them one more month to see if they can do better next month. The most optimistic scenario is the new management needs a little more time.

MXT Board and management must have had quite a meeting to decide the Jan dist. Looks like there were a number of disagreements and the wording of the release seems to indicate a problem with the old board and new mgmt. However, they have left themselves an out for the near future distributions after Jan. I believe the new mgmt may have plans for the money that they could have paid the shareholders. MXT has a toll free number and units holders could voice their disagreements directly to the new mgmt.

Isn't the 20 cents per month for pwi only good till March and then could revert back to 10 cents.
