Has anyone an answer for this. I just bought a MSFT intellimouse optical. while installing the software I got a virus message that identified the virus as "backdoor-bl" got the same message when I downloaded the software from MSFTs site. Can't find the virus description anywhere so I am trying to figure how McAfees virus shield identified it and how to install the driver

hi gott

"Did you ever find the IE repair tool?"

no. i looked under system info. not there. lots of other stuff, but no repair tool.

"My IE is 5.50.4522.1800.CO"

i have the same version, with the exception of the 'CO'. i have 128-bit.... that the difference? wonder what the 'CO' is?
