John, I am so happy that African- Americans have been given substantial jobs on the basis of merit, and without any stereotyping of venue, that I hardly know what to do. It is a large blow for racial advancement in this country, and provides a wonderful example to the nation. Additionally, I am very happy with the choices as individuals, without reference to race.......
