"To make a case for states' rights in the face of the actions by this Supreme Court results in LAUGHABLE HYPOCRISY of the highest order." Actually both sides departed from their normal stance. The Democrats who typically seek to rule from Washington and ignore states rights found themselves the champion of states rights. As you point out the Republicans all of a sudden found themselves in the other corner. Hypocrisy and politicians are synonymous are they not ?
