Elwood & Captain Jack;

CJ - it's good to hear from you again. You may or may not know that I made the mistake of buying a modest incremental 1000 shares @ 20.09 in the mistaken belief that MC's words after thanksgiving were likely to hold true. WRONG! So here I am - sitting with cpq again at an average cost of about 26!! I have been in and out of this pos for 3 years and have never made any serious money (yea, I did sell a lot of options that routinely expired worthless) but I cannot psychologically accept the option money as an offset to my dumb decision. I'm not even going to guess as to whether or not it could go lower - my guessing skills are useless. If it does then so be it! Anyway - where have you put your money these last several months? Hopefully cash. Talk to you later.

Elwood; In reading your posts for 2+ years I think I have a pretty good idea of just how many shares of this porker you have. And your paper losses are no laughing matter (although I must say you do a pretty good job of keeping a stiff upper lip). The sad thing is that we all got caught in this downdraft. It is my belief that there are millions to be made in the next few weeks. My gut tells me that this is an opportunity to make money that has not been seen since the early 1930s! Unfortunately, I'm out of cash. So here I sit. And wait, and wait, and w a i t!
