Here's where I drew the line on the whole thing. I'm a believer in survival of the fitest.. and therefore if a person is either too lazy, or physically incapable of properly voting, I don't believe they should be allowed to vote. (or more accurately, no additional effort should go into the count of their vote

Steve,

There is a book written by A. Rand and another called Mein Kompf (sp?)....both promote your argument.

Life is unpredictable and a perfectly fine human being can be rendered incapacitated.....look at Mohammed Ali or your fellow Canuck, Michael J. Fox. I would hate to see either put out to pasture to die because they came down with an incurable disease.

So I'd assume you think the 7,500 or so Bush votes from Seminole and Martin counties should be thrown out, right? The ones resulting from the defective ballot apps that were altered by republican staffers after being signed by the applicants. I mean, if they were too lazy, too stupid, or physically incapable of properly following the voting process....

Which gives the election to Gore.
