I agree and now is the time to buy and hold once again.. The Fed was targeting growth 2% higher than we currently are experiencing, which indicates that rate cuts are imminent!

hmmm, I don't think that is true. As money evaporates the fury of the next rise is mitigated by lack of actual fuel (investment capital) and trepidation to having your portfolio whacked over the head with a two by four (four by four???)
