This is hard for you to understand, I know. But the decision of the Supreme Court in Bush v. Gore was a bad legal decision. The dissents make mincemeat of the majority and concurring opinions. I assume the decision was politically motivated because its legal foundation is so contrary to the supposed lifelong judicial philosophy of the five judges in the majority. Think what you will - it will go down in history as a shameful example of politics over principle.
