RR update: he's in Vail, Colorado involved in some big real estate deal this week so won't be taking calls...we agreed that a 1/4 percent rate reduction is not the catalyst to revive this market...buy quality if you want to buy in here

Brrrr...8 degrees this am...winds hit 50 mph last nite...sustained 40 plus mph for about 3 hours
