Norton costs money doesn't it? This eSafe was free from their site (www.esafe.com) and they have already sent me an update so it seems like they are on the ball. It runs in the background and I can see it working as I jump around the web and look at e-mail. I don't know how they are going to stay in biz when they are giving the stuff away for free. I'm just glad I didn't lose the box from this mess ... it wasn't looking so good for awhile there. Fortunately, I could still get on the web in a fashion and get help from people, otherwise I would have been a dead duck because the virus was slowly eating my system alive. -ng-
