Time is short, but essentially: Black voters were disenfranchised in Florida for a variety of reasons, and the USSC acted essentially as agent for the Bush campaign to enforce that disenfranchisment. Gephardt was there, and had to twist nine way to Sunday just to keep a slight distance.

Facts ignored:

The black vote in Florida was up 425,000, about 40+% over the best Clinton run in 1996.

The black vote in Florida was 93% for Gore. There have been faked elections in totalitarian countries that couldn't achieve 93% at gunpoint. Sorry, Jesse, it just doesn't work any more.
