Neutral on Tues. is already built and maybe that's all we'll get but I think there is a pretty good chance that he'll lower .25, flip a coin. If he doesn't lower tomorrow, Jan for sure. Omho, El

Cap'n, why do you keep dumping on AG? First of all, the boom of the last several years is his to take credit for. Secondly, his job is maintain balance in the economy and keep a watchful eye on inflation.
While I think his raising of rates was a half point or so to the high side, at least he is preparing to act on any excessive damage that may have occurred. I doubt anyone could've expected the brakes to slam on the way they did.
Up until a month ago, things still looked quite good.

Hard to play Monday morning quarterback with interest rates.
