frank i'm puzzled as to why we don't see the same darn list of items. all i can think of is that you aren't logged in as admin? with the previous clickstream, did you encounter three tabs... general, security and summary? security shows if you are admin, i believe. also, when you search in explorer, do you remember to enter the correct local disk to search under? man, i wish i could be of more help. maybe try this win2000 forum... 216.242.22.13\|AMP\|+2000+Forum&number=4 michael mckenney is quite knowledgeable, and may have some insights for you. i post there myself from time to time. :) mark
