I read a news piece this morning where Bush was told by reporters that Allen had said he thought a tax cut was a bad idea and asked him if he was still going to follow through with his tax cut plan. I have no way of confirming this statement made by the press.

Bush shot back that his tax cut was nonnegotiable.

A tax cut coupled with several rate cuts will reverse this market and put some wind back into the tech sector IMO.
