There is not much new capacity coming on with copper and zinc so there won't be too much silver coming from that source.

From what I saw, there will a broad difference in amount of silver will be used depending on the alloy demand. Seems wave solders will be a higher % than hot air for miniature components. With "smaller is better" thinking & increasing mix of hand held devices, your figures might be right, but they might be around 25$ short.
