> There is not much new capacity coming on with copper and zinc

What about Antamina, which is HUGE !!

"At full production (which will be reached in 2002) the US$2.29 billion project is expected to be the seventh largest copper mine, the third largest zinc mine, and the third largest concentrate producer in the world. The mine will produce an average of 675 million lbs of copper and 620 million lbs of zinc a year over its first 10 years of production, and will have a mine life in excess of 20 years. "

"Estimated to contain an in-pit resource of 494 million tonnes grading 1.3% copper, 1.0% zinc, and 0.4 oz/tonne of silver"
Note: That's about 200moz of silver, or about 10moz per year.
