MAXM is another big stock selling below cash value.

This one is easier to understand. It's a drug company that just had some bad news from the FDA about their drug.

$197 M cash representing 5 years of cash burn vs. a $155 M market cap.

Interesting list.....

Not sure I would agree since some of those stocks are down further.

Not even sure of a "January effect" this year.
