Think about it... do you really think Tern deserves a valuation of 150 or 5 dollars? No! Its how the street plays dirty pool. If a major brokerage firm is Short you can down grade a stock at the right time and make a ton( bear Markets). The Q's can sit here until the high flyers correct back in line with them. Example, Csco.
