Where was this Cramer character when Clinton was cutting capital gains taxes on a primary residence to ZERO? Jim, You keep making like the gains tax is a typical tax cut...it is not. An across the board tax cut like Bush is proposing (to almost everyone's opposition, btw) is the wrong thing at the wrong. I suspect Bush wants to play hero and save the economy, and I suspect he will be talked out of this move, if not by his party comrades, then certainly by the Dems. ted
