Pretty good size blocks bought just before the close. It's holding up nice, so I wonder if someone knows something other than the pundits. Same with INTC on Friday, and it has yet to fall below the block prices. Therefore, I'm not sure if either INTC or CSCO will fall much farther at this point. If he doesn't lower rates, the charts indicate to me that we MAY have 1 to 2 more days of selling, and that will be the extent of it. Possibly touching the 2442 level, which has VERY strong support.
