YES, You are seeing the same thing I'm seeing, bases are starting to happen. I contend that we have seen the low at it was in late Nov. You can look at many stock charts and see what we are talking about. stockcharts.com[W,A]DBOLNYMY[DC][PB25!B50!B100!B200!F][VC60][IUC20!LB14!LF!LG!UA12,26,9!LJ[$SPX]] you can type in ARBA, ORCL, even the dead PC sector which will be the last sector to emerge once the bull is obvious, and see what you mentioned.
