That the press release is actually an ad for the law firm. The suit is based upon some employee stating the Jain told him that he would have the most options, not that he didn't get the number of options promised. That this is old news. Take your pick.

Mark Peterson, a spokesman for InfoSpace, said Tuesday that the Bellevue, Washington-based company will ``vigorously defend'' itself.

``We believe these allegations are totally without merit,'' he said.

Richards remains at InfoSpace and hopes to continue with the company, said his attorney, Steve Berman.
