The Market had the bias change priced in for a neutral... But the FED actually made two jumps, to neutral and economic weakness watch... While we didn't get a rate cut we got a little more than just a move to bias... The market should have viewed this positively or at least neutrally... Instead, we've had a negative reaction yesterday and so far today... The market has spoken... No need to jump in front of a speeding freight train... The market still has to find a bottom... Right now it's looking for something at or south of 2300 on the NDX...

We have almost a 25:1 ratio of New Lows to New Highs... This says we are near a bottom but not at a bottom yet...

The TRIN is showing a short term double top...
