Well, that (Kudlow) was tongue in cheek. Still, I don't expect a fed chairman to play the rates like a Jascha Heifetz on the violin, but these violent 3 down, 6 up (2 of them 50 basis points), or whatever it's been, yanks on the chain just don't seem that scientific to me.
