BMY dribbling its shares out puzzles me, too. But what I find puzzling is why BMY is doing it at all. Can they not see what we see? There is no regulatory compulsion behind the selling; they want to sell. Dribs and drabs makes sense, because they get screwed if they try to do it in big blocks on such an illiquid stock. And if they want to sell it all, it's quite an overhang. It would be nice if they're gone before Cadus' ship comes in, but that won't happen.
