Hey Cadus followers, I am new to this company but the value play along with Icahn have my interest. Are there ways that Icahn could get whatever he wants while leaving us with shares under $1 ?? I have lots of questions but would appreciate any general info (positive and negative) about this very intriguing stock. Thanks in advance. Ben Anderson

What would make sense for BMY is to approach Icahn and offer to sell their entire KDUS holdings all at once either to him or to Cadus itself. If Icahn said no to this offer, I'm sure they'd eventually find some hedge fund willing to buy all their shares at $1 each once the market stabilizes. Certainly BMY can wait as it doesn't need the cash. Also, imagine the bother it is to do all those SEC filings and then have itemize all the KDUS trades on BMY's tax return. Maybe I'm missing something, but I've been in the market for almost 50 years and I've rarely seen anything that appears as off-the-wall as what BMY is doing with its Cadus shares.
