TERN: My concern is that they may have, in some way, disclosed that their business model doesn't/won't work going forward. I get the sense a big chunk of this business is about a technology standards battle and maybe they lost. While there appear to be some attractive attributes, the complexity of the situation, lack of understanding the technology issues, the capitulation of analysts, and ugly accusations from short-selling community, warn me away. I'm gonna hide and watch a bit.
