Remeber the last downturn the 'Feshbach Brothers' were shorting the hell out of Wells Fargo because they expected mass reposessions of inflated homes in the California market... where are they now?

Unlike the midwest, the Bay Area is geographically constrained... ringed by hills and most of the buildable valley-floor land has already been built on.

Even in the absence of stock options, salaries here for techies are 20-40% higher than elsewhere. And most of the high tech jobs in the country are still here, so where ya gonna go?

Oh yeah.. and it was warm and sunny here yesterday... very pleasant. I wonder what the weather in Minnesota was like?
