Well- I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for a 90% drop. In order for that to happen there will have to be mass unemployment, mass bank failures, terrible deflation, etc. Or the Great Depression II, as I said previously.

People MUST have a place to live. They don't have to own stocks. That said- I'm not buying any real estate yet.

Good idea, Chic and I have discussed this several times, I even considered selling my place and moving to a rental for a year or so while things shake out....
