Jim,

The markets are discounting the uncertainty of policy still being made during the Clinton administration.

You are a blame "shape-shifter". It isn't Clinton, it isn't Gore, it isn't Reno.

The problems are Greenspan and Bush. Blaming anything on Clinton at this point is utterly idiotic.

Er, the concept is hard to grasp because you spent a month bleating about how any down movement in the market was due to fear of Gore. Now it's due to fear of the last month of lame-duck Clinton. I think your need to tie everything bad to politicians you dislike is transparent and ridiculous. Can you grasp that?

The markets are discounting the uncertainty of policy still being made during the Clinton administration. Clinton is still in office and will be until Jan 20. WHy is this concept so hard to grasp?

Jim, really I think it was a plot by the Russians to bring down the capitalism system. They are making believe that communism failed only to dupe us and keep unsuspecting.

I also think that Clinton may be one of THEM.
