seems to always happen when the market tanks hard,

so the people trying to get out can't,
and the others trying to grab bargains for
a quick pop can't.

I truly believe institutions call these brokers to shut down trading for a few minutes so they can get their shares first. It happens with Cybercorp too. I get messages all the time, stating "Selectnet is not currently available," ect. ect.. They all do it, and it's ironic how it happens EVERY TIME there is a huge up day or down day.
