Before they even piped in or much knew what natural gas was back in the 1800s they made hydrogen in a similar way , think they used a slightly different process ( not natural gas ) but not all that much , whole cities had hydrogen lights. --------------- As for Gov standards , tell me about it..the Utility Cos will hunt up every and any thing they can to hinder any competition and use their strong lobby to push this stuff as far under water as they can. --------------- Just like when we found out we could make a synthetic milk out of fish meal that was more nutritious than Cows milk , the Gov killed the approval , and we traced it right back to the huge Dairy lobby.
