Michael, [edited] I doubt the decreased SEMI numbers are a blip, nor do I think the market will be forgiving - unless it's already priced in. Looking at price you would think it is.

Apropos of nothing: I'm beginning to get irritated at phrases like "it won't be pretty", "tech is overpriced" and "what goes up must come down". Maybe we should post jokes here for a while. :)

2.74 billion in bookings is an eight per cent drop from the previous month, much worse than September's blip. It's also hard to see how bookings could reaccelerate (from record levels) in the face of a weakening economy.

You really ought to try to see things the way they are, instead of the way you want them to be. It will help you make money, in the long run.
