Cash flow is terrible here though... this co. raises cash by selling debt and issuing stock.

During the last quarter, SSTI turned Free Cash Flow positive. It will be quite interesting to see results from this quarter. I expect it to once again be positive.

In regards to debt, could you please site some specifics? SSTI retired their debt during the first quarter of the current year and has none on their books.

Gotta like these trends...turning FCF positive and no debt.

Regards,

Scott

Debt is zero, I don't know what you are talking about. True, they issued stock last year to finance torrid growth. True too that their cash flow was negative, but when you get their kind of growth, that is frequently what happens. As the growth stabilizes at lower rates, cash flow should get positive, hopefully next year some time. But still should be substantial growth, unless this slowdown really does turn into a serious recession. In that case, they still have over $200m, and no fixed expense fab to run, so their finances should still be in good shape.
