Sam, the way I read the latest filing, they are already cash flow positive by 23 million. And no debt. But hey, fundamentals clearly don't mean a rat's ass these days.

Debt is zero, I don't know what you are talking about. What I'm talking about is Cash Flow...not debt. marketguide.com It's my biggest concern here. I still think this is a show me company here, and the market agrees. Up until a couple quarters ago this company had negative cash flow from operating activities. They essentially made money from selling stock... and they STILL do. That's what CMGI does and look at their share price... I'm not saying it's a bad company, I like the market for flash, and many aspects of this model. All I'm trying to do is show how the company puts cash in the bank here. Yes they have recently retired apx 20 million in debt, but Don't forget about the recent cancelled secondary to issue more debt here either...it's still waiting in the wings. The gap at $8.75 will fill, I firmly believe. Look at SNDK today... Best regards, John m.
