I think we can have a sell off without a recession. The Naz is just burning off nonsense valuations. Oil is more of a concern to me. When it started going up I knew that was trouble. If we can get that to pull back we might be able to avoid recession.

I think many of the NASDAQ generals sporting P/E ratios above their growth rate will be cut down substantially recession or no recession. The bubble psychology has been broken and people will not buy fantasy companies anymore. If the market perceives no recession, I think we will have a rally but it's going to be value stocks.
