Such vitriol, Mike.

Some chewing gum is good for your health and there are studies to prove it. Yes, GUMM makes some of them. With regard to tobacco having equivalent health hazards, I will let that and the rest of your post stand.

My myopic view? What makes you think they do not have the product to which you were referring? I think they just have not made it in large quantities nor shipped it yet. But I feel sure the product is developed.

I am not a dentist. My point was only that some people yell "fraud" and publicly denigrate a company because they do not care how they make money. Having met the people who work at GUMM, I se them as honest and decent people trying to make a development stage company work. I see liars and detractors posting BS about mostly irrelevant crap and then using terse one-liners that do not clash intellectually with information that is presented.

Maybe what Howie meant was that it is more moral for one to lose money hand over fist in the market, especially when the majority is doing so.

After all, doesn't it say in the Bible that it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than it is for a rich man to enter Heaven?

I know Howie is a Jew, so I don't imagine he reads the Bible much. However, if he ever decides to convert to Christianity, I'd say his investing activities places him right at Heavens door step- or at least eliminates one of the hurdles for entry!
